Building your site…
A site, a calendar and online payments. Setup €0 with the code, and you pay only when a booking comes in.
Your own address, site and booking calendar alongside Airbnb. The channel brings the guest the first time, the second time they book from you.

Your free slots are on your page. The customer books and pays, and in the morning your day is ready.

A website does not take money or keep a calendar. This does both, and the paperwork too.
The guest guide answers for you: check-in, wifi, the door code and sauna instructions on their own page. You do not answer the phone mid-day.

Your own page takes the booking and the payment directly: the money lands in your account, and our share is 3 % of your own page’s payments.

Card, MobilePay, Klarna. To your bank on the schedule you choose.
You set the prices and rules. The payment goes to your own Stripe account, and Stripe pays it out to your bank account.
€970 of a €1,000 booking is yours. The service fee is 3 % (€30). Stripe's card fee and the €19/mo for stays come on top.

No fixed term. Stripe's card fee is separate.
No. Ranking comes from the channel’s own signals: response time, acceptance rate, reviews, calendar accuracy and price. Marketing you do outside the channel is not one of them.
A channel’s terms cover what you do inside the channel. You do not trade in the channel’s message thread and you do not ask anyone to cancel a confirmed booking. Post-stay messages, your own channels and the material in your property are yours.
No. The page is built from your listing link: photos, texts and amenities come with it. Editing means text fields, not code. No business ID is needed, a private person can publish and take payments.
In theory yes. We connect your property to Airbnb and Booking.com over iCal in both directions, and the connection refreshes about once an hour. That reduces the risk of a double booking but does not remove it. We say so plainly, because it is also in our terms.
Keep it. Your Purnukka page has its own address, and you can point the old site to it. The booking calendar and payment can only live in one place, so decide which one takes the bookings.
For stays the monthly fee is €19/mo. For gear and services you pay nothing before the first paid booking. You can stop at any time, and your domain and content leave with you.
For stays, €19/mo + 3% of the online payments on your own site. For gear and services there is no monthly fee: you pay only on a paid booking, 3% for gear and 4.99% for services. Setup is €0 with the code ALOITUS0 (list price €99).
No. A private person can build a site, publish it and take payments. The first payout requires identity and bank account verification in Stripe.
To your own Stripe account. Stripe is the payment processor that card, Klarna and MobilePay payments run through. You open your own account there and we help with it. The customer pays on your site, and you decide when the money moves to your bank.
You see your own site in a few minutes before you pay anything. After you order, the published site is online within a minute.
Yes. There is no fixed term. You can pause or stop the site at any time, and your domain and content leave with you.
See your own site first. Then decide.
