Common questions
Will my Airbnb ranking drop?
No. Airbnb ranks listings on its own data, such as response time, reviews and price. Your own site does not affect it.
Am I breaking the channel’s terms?
No, as long as you do not trade inside the channel’s messages or ask anyone to cancel a confirmed booking.
Can the same night be booked twice?
The calendars sync over iCal about once an hour. That lowers the risk but does not remove it.
What is Stripe and how do I open an account?
Stripe is the payment service that card, MobilePay and Klarna payments run through, used by millions of businesses. You open the account from the admin with one button and fill in your details and bank account on Stripe’s form. If you already have a Stripe account, you connect it.
Do I need a business ID?
No. A private person can publish a site and take payments.
What if I already have a website?
Keep it and point it to your Purnukka site, or use Purnukka as your only site.
Why do you ask for a card?
We ask for a card because the subscription continues after 30 days. You pay €0 today and can cancel anytime.
